I know first-hand how low self-esteem can feel like a constant internal battle — one that quietly affects your relationships, your work, your wellbeing, and how you relate to yourself day to day. When self-doubt becomes familiar, it can be exhausting to carry it alone.

When I look back on my journey to becoming a self-acceptance and mindset coach, I realise it wasn’t a single moment or event that led me here. Instead, it was a series of life experiences, challenges, and personal growth that shaped my passion for helping others embrace who they truly are.

My Approach: Holistic Coaching
My coaching approach is shaped by a unique blend of my experience as a former occupational therapist, my experience of working as a cognitive behavioural therapist, as well as my training in Integrative Health Coaching.
These roles have taught me to view each client as a whole person, integrating mental, physical, and emotional aspects of well-being. This foundation enables me to design a coaching experience that goes beyond traditional goal-setting. I prioritise understanding your core values, personal strengths, and lifestyle to support sustainable, meaningful growth in all areas of life, ensuring that each session is tailored to you as a whole person, not just a set of objectives.
